Directions for use with polish: Apply Nailtiques Formula 1 three times a week If colour polish is desired use one coat of Formula 1 as a base coat and apply polish An additional top coat may be applied during the week to prolong your manicure Directions for use without polish: Without colour polish, apply one coat of Formula 1 three times a week It is not necessary to remove it between applications
