This vintage-inspired midi is crafted from easy-wear, easy-care farbric with LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose in an all-over meteor print inspired by the Brachina meteorite. Savannah is fully lined and features a classic wrap shape with short, puffed sleeves and pockets at the hip. With a print this cosmic, it’s no wonder we’re gravitating towards Savannah! This print has been inspired by a microscopic image of the Brachina meteorite. Meteorites are named for where they fall or are found, with this one being found near the Brachina Gorge in South Australia in 1974. At the time of its discovery, this meteorite was unique to science, however, as of April 2023, 56 ‘brachinite’ meteorites, i.e., those similar in composition to Brachina, are known. Brachinites are igneous rocks composed mostly of olivine, with some pyroxene, plagioclase, and occasionally iron sulphide minerals. This rare and scientifically important group of meteorites tells us about the geological evolution of asteroids in the early Solar System.Asa is 5'10 and is wearing a US size 6Size 6 dress length: 115cmRegular fit - take your usual sizeWrap dress shape with tie fastening and inner buttonMidi lengthFully linedAll-over Brachina meteorite printFor specific measurements of this garment, please see the Size Guide.
