The rich shade of the Chocolate Smoky Eye Pencil & Shadow makes sexy smouldering eyes a no-brainer! Directions of use: Run the pencil eyeliner underneath the eye, inside the lash line. Blink hard to transfer the colour up to the top lashes. Repeat a couple of times to build up the colour. To finish, use the cream eyeshadow along the top lash line and blending upwards.
