The low, flat, wide heel features a removable Hyperlift insert that adds offset to help improve stability for squats, wall balls, and thrusters and is also compatible with previous Metcon versions. Features a firm heel counter designed to reduce drag on wall exercises. A heel clip helps stabilizes during side-to-side movements. Drop: 4mm.
