EVA MidsoleIncreased thickness at the midsole provides impact absorption when you land. EVA resides in the midsole to supply resilient underfoot comfort. Light in weight and low in profile, it spares your joints as you sprint down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. A wedge under the heel supplements the cushioning, enhancing shock attenuation at heel strike. A full-length carbon plate delivers stability for your foot as you run and jump.
Generative OutsoleA generative outsole is designed using data from Nike athletes. It features 6 spikes for lightweight and durable traction. The plate provides lightweight rigidity and increased acceleration, power and speed. Textured solid rubber covers the heel to enhance grip and durability in this high-stress area.
**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**
