This unique tree was originally designed for specialty stores to display delicate ornaments while using a minimum amount of floor space. They drew inspiration from a Central European tradition from the 12th century where people hung trees from the ceiling during Christmas. While their reasons back then were different an upside-down tree has many benefits today.
