Engineered Mesh Upper
Utilising an engineered mesh construction, the uppers of the Couldrunners are made for supportive comfort. This material will provide feet with a constant supply of airflow to ensure that feet remain cool and comfortable even during high heat, intensive running sessions. Perforations in the fabric allow air to flow freely through the structure, therefore working to replace warm, used air, keeping things fresh within the shoes, and preventing an uncomfortable heat build-up. The mesh fabric is soft to the touch, meaning they are irritation-free for the best possible wearing experience. To ensure that your foot is secure, yet comfortable, the shoes have been enhanced by a foam collar and soft-touch tongue to keep things snug and cosy. Working to provide a locked-in and secure fit, the shoes have a traditional lace-up system, meaning in-shoe slipping is also prevented.
Advanced Midsole and OutsoleProviding powerful energy return, the On Cloudrunner features a signature Speedboard found in the midfoot shank to help provide added support on a maximalist midsole. For this version of the Cloudrunners shoes, the Speedboard has been made wider for even more stability than previous shoes.

The Cloudrunner features CloudTec cushioning in ultralight Zero-Gravity foam which adapts to every runner thanks to Cloud elements that react to your unique movements and deliver soft landings alongside a powerful take-off. This cushioning technology is proven to reduce muscle fatigue so that you are able to run faster for longer. Making every step effortless, the innovative CloudTec technology is constructed On's Zero-Gravity foam construction to deliver comfort, support and a more efficient run by absorbing impact, reducing strain and adapting to your running style so you feel like you are running on clouds. Reacting according to your unique movements, CloudTec compresses horizontally and vertically to cushion just where it should. The horizontal deformation of the Clouds as you run does more than just absorb impact, reduce braking force and propels you forward.
The unique Zero-Gravity foam construction is exceptionally lightweight, yet provides you with the outstanding level of underfoot cushioning you need. Not only this, but the foam sits right around your foot, in a cradle-shaped construction around your foot, to support you at every step of your journey. A rubber grip pattern also resides to provide increased traction and grip on the road.
Over 90% of the Polyester content, and over 30% of the entire shoe, is from recycled materials.
