Peshawar rugs are known for their thinly sheared pile, large designs and antique finish look. Peshawar rugs are stone washed and left exposed to sunlight. These give rugs an antique look. The rug is a beautiful symphony of bold motifs, stunning colors and consummate artisanship. It features a traditional Persian design that has been co-opted in a contemporary palette to suit both traditional and modern decor styles.
