The high content of vitamin E and EFAs promote skin cell formation and nourish dry, dehydrated, damaged skin and cuticles. Directions of use: Cover nails with 1 to 2 drops of Flash Dry one minute after applying ORLY nail lacquer and top coat. Apply one drop onto each nail at the end of your manicure or pedicure to accelerate lacquer dry time.
