He is now a perfect soldier! Immediately after the experiment, Dr. Erksine is assassinated by an agent of The Red Skulls dangerous association. Rogers, now a completely rebuilt and reconditioned human being, has the powers to take his revenge and also help serve his country in the meantime, becoming known as Captain America.
