The Arctander ottoman by Paustian invites you to lift your feet up and relax. The charming ottoman completes the look of the Arctander armchair, but its beautiful soft appearance makes it a great match with other chairs and sofas as well. Upholstered in luxurious sheepskin, the ottoman also works perfectly on its own as a small stool or an extra seat for surprise guests. The Arctander chair is an iconic piece of Nordic design from the 1940s. Named after its designer, Philip Arctander, the chair has over the years been known familiarly as the name 'Muslingestolen', mussel chair – a reference to the chair's shell-like appearance. The mussel chair was produced in limited numbers until 2016 when Paustian re-launched the design classic in collaboration with Philip Arctander's granddaughter Sofie.
