Philip Kingsley Tricho Complex Supplements are an 18 week supply of tablets that provide essential amino acids, which make up the protein (Keratin) that hair consists of. Created with over 60 years of expertise in Trichology, the study of hair and scalp deficiencies, these tablets are ideal for thinning hair. An exceptional amount of vitamins and minerals are contained including: biotin for support of optimum hair growth, selenium to contribute to the maintenance of healthy hair, copper to help normal hair pigmentation, and zinc to reduce hair shedding and prevent anaemia. Directions for use: Take two tablets daily, one with breakfast and one with lunch, for four months. Reduce dose to one tablet per day in order to maintain optimum levels.
