So we picked out all our favorite dog costumes, found employees to volunteer to wear them, selected judges, and gathered everyone else in the audience. The "dogs" strutted, did tricks, and won trophies and prizes (including some sweet gift cards). It was hilarious, it was fun, and now it's an annual event. We don't know why it took us so long to think of it! And we really want to see our brainchild blossom 'round the globe.
