Not only does it make our shoes and boots more durable and comfortable right out of the box but it also ensures that our team in Port Washington can recraft them in the future. By sending your footwear back to us you're putting them in the hands of experts who can rebuild them using the same last and materials used in their original construction. With our top-of-the-line package we start by replacing the heels outsoles and welt and then hand polish and refinish the uppers. To help you keep them looking their best we send your shoes back with a pair of cedar shoe trees a protective flannel shoe bag and a tin of our specially formulated shoe polish. Over the last decade we've recrafted more than 500 000 styles keeping footwear out of landfills and in your closet so they can continue being part of your journey.
