Directions of Use: Remove the cap and twist the dial to the open position. Hold the applicator horizontally. Tap to get sufficient powder onto the tip. Press the flat part of the sponge applicator on the eyelid, blending across the last lines up towards the eye sockets. Switch the dial to the closed position after use.
