This skirt does come fully lined (viscose) and hits mid-calf as a skirt and just above the knees when worn as a dress. These are handmade right in Italy and are made as ordered. Size - S-M - 2-6. M-L - 8-12. Bust - S-M - 32-35, M-L - 36-40. Natural Waist - S-M - 24-28, M-L - 28-34.
