Scarpa Origin VS Women's Climbing Shoes

The Origin VS allows you to climb in the gym in comfort. It has a large, soft rubber toe patch, giving excellent grip for hooking in every direction. Its neutral shape with a relaxed toe position makes it pleasant to wear even during prolonged use.

Microsuede Upper

Constructed using a suede upper, the Scarpa Origin VS Climbing Shoes are worthy of any indoor or outdoor adventure. Designed to provide the right amount of flexibility and support, the upper conforms to the shape of the foot, yet, retains its elasticity for a better, more supportive fit. The suede upper ensures the shoes hold their shape for longer than other leather equivalents plus, it is soft on the skin for complete comfort. A large, soft rubber toe patch gives excellent grip for hooking in every direction. Its neutral shape and relaxed toe position make wear easy and comfortable even on those longer days. Completing the upper is a velcro system that locks down the midfoot with a secure and customisable fit.

S72 Super Sticky Rubber Outsole

Developed to provide great friction, the outsole has been constructed using S72 super sticky rubber. This soft compound is adaptable to any surface and works to provide an excellent mechanical keying effect which is ideal for both rock and indoor use. The rigid structure of the outsole supports you during any climb by adapting to the ground below you and bearing your weight as you move from rock type to rock type. PAF is also integrated, PAF is an innovative heel system that helps both spread the force of the heel tension (which helps with over-compression of the toe box) and increase the fit of the heel. The aggressive tension rubber is interrupted behind the heel to reduce pressure on the Achilles tendon and connected with softer rubber, that works like a bridge and allows full adaption to the shape of the heel. The holes on the side of the heel indicate the tension applied, which varies between 1 hole for light tension, 2 holes for mid-tension and 3 holes for strong tension. Furthermore, these climbing shoes can even be re-soled for further use and enjoyment in years to come.
