Made for the lowest temperatures, RUSH POLAR GTX is the product of the Rush family designed specifically for the winter period, ideal for excursions on the snow and snowshoeing.

The suede leather upper of the Rush TRK GORE-TEX Walking boots provide the perfect balance of protection, support and abrasion resistance. A GORE-TEX membrane surrounds the upper of the shoes, which will mean that all moisture is blocked from entering. This makes the boots perfect for wet days on the trails, as the membrane will keep you dry and focused. The boots also feature Primaloft® Gold Eco insulation, not only does this help keep your feet toasty through the cold weather but also enhances the boots protection against water. The lightweight construction will allow you to push yourself faster than ever before, with little to cause you to slow down as a result of drag or excessive weight. The material itself will wick moisture away from the surface, which will, in turn, keep the shoe feeling lightweight and comfortable in wet conditions. The strength of the material will mean that it won't rip or be damaged when all sorts of forces are placed against it. A firm forefoot area will protect the toes from any damage, keeping you protected at all times. Corded speed lace loops will make it quick and easy to secure the fit to feel personalised and comfortable. A soft padded tongue removes the risk of irritation being caused to the ankle, whilst it also acts as a block for debris. A TPU abrasion film coating will remove the risk of damage being caused by any bumps or knocks. Finishing the upper is the extended autofit ankle collar, thanks to the ergonomic design of the collar and memory foam padding, ensures the maximum adaptability and comfort of the upper, reducing the impact stress that rests on the Achilles and malleous area.

A compressed EVA platform resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. The energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. The midsole ensures you're ready for unpredictable trails and tough terrain. Included in the midsole is an ortholite performance insole that provides added underfoot comfort and increased breathability so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. Completing the midsole of the shoe is Scarpa's Dynamic Stabilizer Torsion frame, that gives you additional stability to the rear of the foot and torsion control when crossing uneven and rocky ground.

The new PRESA® sole is made with a high-grip and durable compound, pronounced heel and hiking-oriented lugs, which promote braking on descents and grip on climbs. This will keep you under control when taking on technical paths and trails. The rubber is abrasion-resistant, which will retain its shape and definition despite being put under the test of hard and rough surfaces. In addition, the IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, characterized by 5 shock-absorbing areas (domes), progressively and specifically support the weight of our body during our activity in the mountains.
