Matching the requirements for waterproof equipment by the Skyrunner World Series and the Ultra Trail World Tour, the RC Run Waterproof Jacket will block moisture from precipitation from coming into contact with your body. The material is made with a Pertex shield, and When exposed to the rain, the water will bead on the jacket before it rolls off and is wicked away from the surface, which will keep it feeling lightweight. Fully taped seams ensure that there is no moisture able to enter through the stitching, as they are sealed out to block moisture entry. As you start to exercise and your body begins to warm up, the warm air inside the jacket can easily transfer out of the layer of fabric, and it is then replaced by cooler air from outside. This will mean that there will be a constant cycle which will maintain your body temperature. There are strategically placed vent panels on the back which will cool you down, as well as allow moisture from sweat to escape. The hem is elasticated and will sit around your waist comfortably, whilst still allowing you to have a wide range of unrestricted movement.
