This lighthouse-style frame is fashioned from a special cast iron-carbon-silicon steel alloy, which forms a barrier layer of iron oxide (rust) that protects the integrity of the core materials - as well as rusts naturally in sensual and unique patterns depending on the weather patterns of its location. An exposed satin shade, segmented with cast iron rings, conceals the interior lighting for a luminous natural beam.
