Brighten and revive your eyes with the Sepai Light Circles Eye Serum, an anti-dark circle elixir powered by the brightening effects of a Vitamin C derivative. Vitamin C (as a water-soluble and charged molecule) is repelled by the physical barrier, which affects penetration. To combat this, Sepai developed a multi-benefit Vitamin C derivative (ACTI-C from Ascorbic Acid) to deliver the same potent benefits of Vitamin C but with better stability and penetration. Working to tackle signs of fatigue around the delicate eye area, the correcting potion blends a combination of actives to help neutralize dark colors around the eye, such as blue, purple, dark gray and yellow.
