At the heart of our commitment to craftsmanship is our signature 360° Goodyear bench welt. Not only does it make our shoes and boots more durable and comfortable right out of the box but it also ensures that our team in Port Washington can recraft them in the future. By sending your footwear back to us you're putting them in the hands of experts who can rebuild them using the same last and materials used in their original construction. With our standard package we start by replacing the heels outsoles and welt and then hand polish and refinish the uppers. Over the last decade we've recrafted more than 500 000 styles keeping footwear out of landfills and in your closet so they can continue being part of your journey. INCLUDES Replacing heels including both the toplifts and heel bases Replacing the outsoles leather welts and cork in-lays* Refinishing and hand polishing the uppers Replacing laces with a brand-new pair *Discontinued sole styles will be replaced with the most similar current design Allen Edmonds Standard Recrafting Package
