Do not use heavy-duty vacuum with a beater bar/brush. Sizes 2'x3' thru 5'x7' size can be washed in a standard 2.2+ cubic ft washer. The size 7'6"x10' should be washed in a 3.8"" cubic ft size washer only. Initial creasing is normal and will generally fall out within a few days to a week. Tightly reverse roll the rug (pile side out) and leave it in a warm area for several hours to aid in the removal of creases or lingering fold marks as well."
