Amy Vangsgard lives in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from Art Center College of Design. For over 20 years Amy has been an award winning freelance illustrator. She has also taught design and illustration at Otis College of Art and Design. Amy had worked in many media: assemblage, clay, painting, and digital arts. Amy uses both digital photography and digital painting techniques. Her inspiration comes from nature and succulent plants. She is fascinated with the way light illuminates objects and casts interesting shadows.
