Angel Fire artist, Carol Rupp, has a Bachelors degree in art from the University of Missouri and a Masters degree in art from the University of Illinois. Carol is a representational artist, with over forty years of experience as a professional artist and instructor. She has taught all mediums at High School and College levels. As an instructor she frequently served as a juror and has judged numerous art shows through the years.
