My love for art has existed for as long as I can remember. As a child, I remember being attracted to any creative process. I have had no formal training just good old fashioned trial and error. I am drawn to black and white for its simplicity and for its strong contrast. I love creating pattern filled creatures and quirky misfit characters who look like they have a story to tell. I get my ideas from nature and children. The characters I develop are usually spontaneous and I draw on the moment when the idea presents itself. You never know where those crazy but useful ideas may come from.
