His love for the outdoors was matched only by his passion for photography and wildlife drawings. Gordie learned to enjoy the best of both worlds and developed a technique he calls fotobrush, the blending of photography and acrylic paintings. Now, each creative adventure may begin with photographing wild horses of the North Dakota Badlands, a hiking trip into the mountains of Glacier,or kayaking the Minnesota Boundary Waters.
