Joseph Roberts studied Photography from two Vietnam Veterans. The first being an actual war photographer, who was teaching classes at SCCC on Long Island. Here Joseph learned the fundamentals of light and shadow through classic darkroom techniques. The second vet was a tank commander who had turned to digital photography as a hobby in his later years. This second opportunity seemed to be a sign to now move into the world of digital SLR cameras under the trained eye of a vet. Now, years later Joseph is still taking photographs and can be found exploring both film and medium format digital photography in scenic Vermont.
