Description
  • Artist: Marcus Jules
  • Subject: Architecture
  • Style: Traditional
  • Product Type: Gallery-Wrapped Canvas Art

This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features a black and white photo of a building.

Marcus grew up on the streets of New York, and lived a life of an artist from the time he was born. His mother was a stand up comedian (rumored to be Betty White) and his father was the infamous "Six Fingers Freddy"", a New York city Italian mob boss (also rumored and not confirmed). This mixture of pain, humor, and life on the streets of New York is where Marcus gets his ""witty and gritty"" style that he pours into his artwork. He strives to make art that will inspire emotion in as many viewers as possible.

Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.
