The Sirkus cup by Vaja Finland is an attractive porcelain cup for serving coffee, tea or hot chocolate, both in daily life as well as festive occasions. A matching plate for the cup is the 17 cm saucer from the Sirkus collection. Vaja Finland’s Sirkus tableware is decorated with Henna Lamberg’s ornamental pattern that draws from the aesthetics of oriental architecture, art deco and circus. Made of durable, white vitro porcelain, the tableware was designed and manufactured in small series in Vaja Finland’s own factory in Porvoo, whose calm seaside ambience gave the designer Fred Owren inspiration for the clean lines of the series.
