The collaboration between Daum and celebrated Surrealist artist Salvador Dal began in 1968 with \"La Fleur du Mal,\" his first piece in a long series with the Maison. The translucency of Daum's crystal paste offered Dal the appropriate medium through which to express the metamorphoses suggested to him by his \"paranoid and critical\" perception of reality. Handcrafted of crystal and platinum. Approx. 5.5\"W x 4.2\"D x 16.9\"T. Care: Dust with soft cloth. Made in France.
