Hang dry for longer life. The straps narrowest point at the shoulders are 1.25-1.5 inches (depending on size). The bras are super stretchy - if you're looking for something super supportive (ie - they pull you in really tight) these probably aren't going to work for you. These are the type of nursing bras you want if you want something soft/stretchy and need room to grow. We've attempted to try these on - on different ladies in the office and here are the best sizes we've been able to coordinate to (below). If you have other size suggestions please add them below.
