Why not use the original? The original song is called "The Charleston" (Who'd have guessed, right?) And it is by James P. Johnson, a pianist, and composer from the 1920s! A couple practice runs, and you'll have this dance perfected! FUN DETAILS This dress comes in black; a simple, elegant color, for a simple and elegant girl. It has embroidered flowers across the bodice, to match the headband you'll be wearing! Your elastic headband will be black with a black flower on the front. You'll also have a tan faux fur collar, which only adds to the effect of luxury. Another accessory we have included with this costume is the lace gloves you'll be wearing! These gloves are fingerless and are decorated with flower patterns.
