Some people trust in the ability of out-of-season citrus to decide who catches a Hail Mary thrown in a distant stadium. And some people want to pray the Hail Mary in an unconventional set of vestments. That's the beauty of choice! Tomorrow morning, we might rethink our game-day traditions, since we seem to get burned year after year. And someday, one or two nuns might kick their flirty habits and repent. Then again, hope springs eternal! None of us can say what surprises another year will bring.
