Lightweight Mesh Upper
The uppers of the Rival Sprint Spikes are constructed of a mesh fabric that encases each foot in breathable comfort. The mesh allows air to fully permeate the entire upper providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air. Furthermore, synthetic leather is added to the upper to enhance durability as well as provide structural integrity, providing greater support throughout the upper. A forefoot strap wraps the midfoot to offer a locked-in fit preventing any in-shoe slipping from occurring while sprinting. Working alongside this, the shoes have a traditional lace-up, further providing a snug fit.
EVA Midsole and Seven Spike OutsoleThe midsole consists of EVA which offers lightweight, low-profile cushioning, which provides excellent shock absorption and protection against impact forces without compromising weight or practicality. The outsole features an aggressive and rigid Pebax plate which is built for power and durability. This also features seven strategically placed spikes that enhance traction and grip on the track. Lastly, a rubber outsole offers improved traction and greater durability aiding the spikes to help you perform at the top of your game.
